When you request a read receipt, the receiver doesn't get a notification in Outlook. In WebApp it appears to work normally.
steps to reproduce:
1) Go to: file-> options->mail-> tracking and check if it says:
ask each time whether to send a read receipt.
2) Send an e-mail to another Outlook user and one to a WebApp user and send a request for a read receipt.
3) Open the mail in Outlook and in Webapp
What should happen:
Both should get a notification for the read receipt
What actually happens:
WebApp gives a notification, but Outlook doesn't.
