      Description

       Add an option to only apply a rule when the user is out of office.

      • The option to set a rule based on OOF should only be displayed if the Core version supports it (detect with mapi_feature()).

      Test

      • Create a rule and check the option "Only active when user is out of office"
      • Enable out of office
      • Send a mail and notice the rule is executed.
