Meeting cancellation text not sent

1. Create meeting request with user1
2. Invite user2 and send
3. Re-open the meeting
4. Click on cancel invitation
5. Add some text in the cancellation dialog
6. Click OK
7. Open 'Sent Items'
8. Open the cancellation mail
9. Check body

Result: Cancellation message not visible
Also not visible on receiver side.
