      Description

      Behavior:
Ability to import an attached email (.eml). The right mouse button menu of an attachment shows a save (or save as) menu item for each of the items types supported by WebApp. An item can be stored by opening the attachment (which will open the corresponding view) and can be saved to any folder of the corresponding type. When selecting the location to save the item, a dialog similar to the 'copy/move implementation' is used.

The dialog only shows folders corresponding the item type to prevent the user from importing an item type to the wrong context folder. To clarify:

Import a single EML-file from right click an attachment:
Sub menu items in an e-mail -> Open, Download, -Download all as ZIP, -Import to folder, Add to files
Open select folder dialog (only show folders that support the type format and do not display shared folders where a user has no permissions for)
Buttons: Import, new folder (has similar behavior as adding a new folder in copy move dialog), cancel

Note: At the moment we only want to import a single EML-file
